Here is How it Works!
Your lab will have access to an experience polysomnographic technologists 24/7.
The on-call RPSGT - RRT-SDS can access your computer remotely through a secure encrypted connection, view the data in real-time (including digital video), take over the remote computer, and provide solutions and/or suggestions as the study is being recorded . They can assist your night technician in difficult titrations, artifact resolution, clinical anomalies, etc.
This type of service to a sleep center is long overdue. Night technicians have access to technical support from the manufacture of sleep systems, when the polygraph is not working properly, but have very little access in calling someone when they need technician support.
Most sleep technician would rather not call their supervisor at night and wake them up. Our program solves this issue, we are there for your staff when you can’t be.
We also offer a bonus service for your technicians – for those techs who are studying for their BRPT exam – they can now call us and ask us clinical questions for as long as they are employed by your company.
